Please read everything carefully before ordering.STRICTLY NO CANCELATION OF ORDERSCancelation fee of 70% is required when canceling an order while in production.Payments are non-refundable if the product is ready to be shipped.STRICTLY NO CHANGING OF ITEMSWe will only process the order you provided in the form.WE DON’T ACCEPT CODPay as you order.MODE OF PAYMENTS- GCash

ORDER UPDATESample will be provided before the overall production.Pictures of the products will be provided before shipping along with the shipping details.We are not liable for lost/damaged parcels after shipping (if ever there are any).SHIPPING FEEShipping fees will be handled by the customer and will depend on their location and shipping option.Free shipping vouchers are allowed on platforms like Shopee and Tiktok.DELIVERY TIMEArrival of the item is depending on which location it will be delivered.Standard shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days.

CUSTOM ORDERWe accept custom orders, there are additional payments depending on the materials and designs.PRODUCTION TIME5 days to 2-weeks minimum production time, may vary depending on the quantity and volume of orders.RUSH ORDERThere are additional fees for rush orders depending on the volume of production in line.

ORDER PROCESSAnswer the request/order form, input the details needed and make sure that it is correct.Wait for the confirmation email and invoice. Double-check the details provided.Process the payments, once done an email to check out will be sent to you depending on which platform you choose to check-out the order.CHECK-OUT PROCESSThe price in our Shoppe and Tiktok shop is only a packaging fee and shipping fee.Make sure that you have the confirmation email along with the invoices and proof of payments.
Payments should be done first before check-outs.
